Pool and Patio Shop, LLC Terms of Service

DEFINITIONS

The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC is the legal name of the business registered with the state of Florida and the Internal Revenue Service.  Parties are The Pool and Patio Shop,LLC and You or other groups or individuals associated with you contracting to do business with The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC.

TERMS and TERMINATION

Your contract with The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC begins when your pool and patio furniture is either picked up at your location by our employees or dropped off at our location by you or your representatives. Contract for the purchase of products begins at the point that you have prepaid for said goods.

The contract can be cancelled at any time by The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC and by you at any time before required materials are ordered, any charges already incurred must be paid before your property will be returned.

The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC accepts only cash or checks as payment for services or products.

WARRANTY

All services and products include a one year limited warranty against defects in parts and labor. Any defective products must be delivered to our location at the expense of the customer.

ASSIGNMENTS of RIGHTS

The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC may assign it’s rights under this agreement at any time without notice to you, your rights arising under this agreement may not be assigned without the express written permission by The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC.

INFORMATION, REGISTRATIONS

You agree to provide The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC with true and accurate information as to identity and contact information.

RELEASE and AUTHORIZATION for USE of PHOTOGRAPHS

You have the right to use images or photographs of the products or services purchased from us for any reason you choose except in a libelous way to defame The Pool and Patio Shop, LLC.
